This training gives you a methodology for exactly these moments.

The Master Facilitator Training is a three-month learning journey for experienced facilitators and seasoned professionals who deal with team and organizational transformation and complexity every day. It is not a foundation course. It is advanced practice development for people who already deliver, and who are ready to go deeper.

The learning journey

The training opens with an online introductory session to set the frame. You then spend two intensive face-to-face days in Helsinki working through real-stakes scenarios. You will experience firsthand how Epics move groups through abstraction toward shared ground and clear direction. The learning is drawn directly from those scenes, not layered on top of them. Between sessions, you bring the Epics® method into your own work, on a real case in your own setting. The journey closes with an online transfer session where you share what held, what shifted, and what you are still working on while using Epics.
